With this UMS Addon, whenever a Google Drive/ Docs/ Sheets/ Slides file is created/ uploaded by any user within the organisation, it moves in real-time to another user or to a shared drive. This way entire organisation’s data gets consolidated within one user/ shared drive thereby helping in Data Loss Prevention of organisation data. Besides, the users are no longer able to delete the files thereby retaining organisation data forever. Furthermore, with Google Vault, we can ensure that the organisation data is retained forever.
