Remove suspended users from future Google Calendar events

Description

• This Addon will remove a suspended user from future calendar events in which he is a participant.
• It will also delete the events in which the suspended user is the organizer.
• You will get a report in Google Sheet which will have
  • A list of events from which the user was removed
  • A list of events which were deleted along with its participants
