This service silently sends out a copy of any email that a user within an organisation deletes from his Gmail. This way even though user deletes any important organisation email, it’s retained at a central location, thereby helping in Gmail Data Security.

Alternatively, this service can also silently send out a blind copy of each and every email sent from/ received to any of your corporate Gmail/ Google Workspace accounts to a common account, without the sender having any knowledge about it!
