Auto Delete deleted users from user’s contact list

Description

• Using this Add-on, when a user is deleted from the admin console, its contact is deleted from all user accounts 
• In case you have multiple admin panels this Add-on can work across admin panels and ensure if you delete a user from any panel, it gets removed from users contact list.
